Will I feel a difference after the first visit?
Yes. Most people feel some relief in the first session, with deeper changes after a few.
Do I stay clothed?
Yes. Wear comfortable clothing.
How should I prepare?
Avoid a full stomach, heavy caffeine and stay hydrated for maximal comfort and benefits.
If you can try not to book too much right after for your ease.
How often should I come?
A series of 3 sessions is ideal, spaced 3–14 days apart.
The Core Series offers a discount and complimentary Self Care tutorial.
Will it hurt?
No. We stay within your comfort. A “good hurt” is OK, but never pain that makes you tense.
We do our best to assess, but it is up to you to communicate your tolerance so we can adjust.
Will I cry?
Some do, most don’t. Emotional release varies.
Are add-ons necessary?
Not required, but they can deepen the work. The more stressed and tense you are,
the better a longer session can help you unwind.
